I get needing to have an antagonist, which is why Baseball Billy just...shows up in a factory, but I feel its a unnecessary diversion from what we all want to see- which is Mona going rogue again. She is her own villian, and since as a reader I am invested in HER character more than a throwaway bad guy, I want to see more of her. Billy doesn't even do anything to trigger Mona's change- she does it all by herself leaning back against a bookshelf, so really the extra toons presence doesn't seem at all important.
